Juxtaposition = fascination.Orchestral elements breed with electronic.History inherits the future.Inspiration is endless, as are the choices one makes as a songwriter and producer. Nothing is off the table. All is revered.Opera. Rock. Gospel.Electronic. Future Pop. Country.Hip Hop. Metal. Classical.Rap.The producers I've learned from over the years include: DaDrez , Marc Aurel, and Klaus Jedelsky at Electric Studios in Munich. Baby Gurl, Billy Hume, and Blake Eiseman at Icon Studios in Atlanta. Matt O'hare, future forward sound designer (and music producer) based in NYC. With their help, I began to explore the idea of crafting a sound that lives and breathes in both the future and the past. 80's synth vibes combined with the soul of James Brown. Today's commercial electronic landscape, stripped down and combined with the raw sex appeal of Led Zeppelin. Electric guitar rigs built in homage to The Beatles and Bob Dylan, enhanced by todays modern technology, while being combined with the vicious beats in the style of Timbaland and Bloodshy and Avant. The writing is melody driven, like that of Simon and Garfunkle or by todays standards, Ryan Tedder. From Shakespeare to Dickens...from Colette to Lillian Hellman. From Brecht to Michael Bennett...from Lerner and Lowe to Boublil and Schonberg - I'm proud to have run the gamut.With that said, I've found the most fulfillment, and ultimately spent the majority of my acting career focusing on and developing new material.
